The doors will open at Noon on Sunday January 24, 2010.  You, your friends, and family will walk into the show to find a wonderful marketplace that will make coordinating each element of your wedding a breeze.  Haven’t found a photographer? A wedding location? No problem, we’ve brought some of the areas finest vendors to one location for one very special day.

• What is a Digital Wedding Shopping Experience?
  Wedding Venues and Professionals will show you on the Theater Screen  a Visual Presentation of their product. You will be able to see a full Wedding from Ceremony to Dancing at the most beautiful venues in the Blue Ridge Shenandoah Valley.  We will show the latest in wedding fashions from New York and Paris.  Looking for decor idea - see the hottest and latest from florists and party rental companies.  What's new in the Tent Industry - you will see it on the screen.
  And what about the guy in your life - BRBS is giving him his own theater where he can relax with the guys, watch ESPN sports and find out what is on his wedding check off list.  He will see Honeymoon ideas including the latest on Sandals All Inclusive Resort Bargains as well as Cruise Ideas! Even Dad can join the group - relax and wait for you to pull him out to see the site where you have always dreamed to have your wedding.

The following were 2010 Winter Exhibitors:

Begin your visit at the show with a beverage of your choice from The Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. Conversation Areas are in the Lobby where you can sit and talk with exhibitors you have more serious questions to ask.

Walking thru the White Columns into the Theater Corridor - one of your first stops will be ALOFT a new lifestyle hotel opening in Winchester 2010.  .  Want a limousine go to Detailed Destinations.  What about your rehearsal dinner --- stop by Hilton Garden Inn.  You can also meet with Ava Hoover Photography or Generations Photography. 

In each theater you are going to meet with other wedding professionals. Invitations and Bridal Registry needs can be taken care of by Kimberly's.  We would like to welcome Hillbrook Inn, a lovely Country House Hotel in Jefferson County.  Want fun and really a unique wedding destination - Shenandoah Caverns with their two other facilities American on Parade and The Yellow Barn is a must see booth! A Destination Wedding - look no further than the Blue Ridge Mountains and The Mimslyn Inn in Luray, Virginia to the south and to the north the Bavarian Inn. Selecting a venue is one of the brides first steps in planning their wedding.  For a wedding below 100, Holiday Inn Historic Gateway - a great place for your rehearsal dinner as well.  For a magnificent view of the Harpers Ferry Gap with breathtaking sunrises, visit the newly renovated Quality Hotel Conference Center.

Potomac Bridals will be showcasing beautiful bridal gowns.  They will be on display where you can see up close the quality and the feel of the fabrics as well as presented on the theater screen.

For all grooms looking to look their best on this special day, visit Classic Tuxedos offering the largest formal wear selection in the valley.   If you are not sure about your honeymoon plans, the expert is Alpha Voyages specializing in cruises and Sandals Resorts.  You can also consider Shenandoah Valley Golf Club for your wedding, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception or great fun for the groomsmen!

We are also delighted to have Lux Photography and Horizon Entertainment  - both are seasoned veterans in the industry. Amanda Godlove attention to detail is amazing. Horizon offers has a library of a million songs and is a leading innovator in the audio industry. 

Finally what could be more romantic than a drive in one of Classic Carriages.  Use your imagination and don't just see this on the wedding day but what a great way to give her the ring!
