Our banquet manager works with you in planning a wedding that is elegant, unique and customized to meet your dream from the first day that you come to Hillbrook. A better name for her would be “event coordinator” because our staff is set in place to make sure no stone goes unturned. We are providing this service because Hillbrook has so much to offer and making an event special for someone is truly an honor.

Hillbrook can pamper you and your guests with an exclusive network of vendors to cater to your every need. We are also willing to create any custom items requested for an event. Some items we have created in the past are: custom linens, lined gift baskets, custom quilts, napkins, cushion covers with and elegant ring pillows.

What is your capacity?
The elegant main house is appropriate for smaller events.
Capacity from 2 - 42 for seated meals.

Hillbrook can offer our stone terrace.  If guests choose to utilize the tavern area, hosts could increase guest lists. Capacity on Front Terrace is 65 guests and 75 utilizing Tavern.

We accommodate larger events under beautiful tents on our magnificent grounds.
Capacity 150 guests.

Can you bring in outside catering?  Hillbrook prides itself in its extraordinary meals designed and created by Executive Chef Christine Hale.  Therefore, we do not allow outside catering.  Instead, we offer our services and phenomenal food to help create a backdrop that will be completely unforgettable.
